US Orders:
US Orders: In most cases, all orders are shipped the same day or within
24 hours of purchase. Many shipments arrive 2-5 business days after it has
been shipped, depending on how far you live from our warehouse in Salt Lake
City, Utah and which method of shipment you chose upon checkout. To provide
you with the least expensive yet fastest shipping possible, our orders are
shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Returns:
Because we are providing the deepest discounts possible on the hottest brands
we can find, we do not accept returns. Please purchase accordingly - we’re
one-steal-a-day, baby! If you don’t know if you’re having a
boy or girl yet, just wait! If your item somehow arrives damaged, we must
be notified within 3 days of receiving your order. We bend over backwards
to get you a replacement.
Canadian Orders:
Canadian orders are sent via USPS International First-Class Mail and can
take up to 14-45 days to arrive based on customs. We charge a flat shipping
fee per order (3 unit max). Shipping fees vary day to day and are listed
on the right side of our homepage below the product listings. Customs, duties
and taxes are not included and are assigned by customs if your order is
flagged. Duties are determined by the order total, what the item is, and
the country of origin. Items manufactured within NAFTA (Canada, USA, Mexico)
are Duty free.
We cannot legally mark orders as gifts to avoid potential customs fees.
If you purchase 3 units and your total order exceeds 4lbs, you will receive a Google invoice for the additional shipping charges to send your order via USPS Priority Mail. The invoice must be paid before your order ships.
Common customs questions:
Most items under $20 don't get flagged for customs. If an item does get flagged for customs, Canada post adds a 'broker' fee of $5 to $10, depending. This is on top of duty and taxes (gst/pst). UPS/Fedex charges much HIGHER broker fees, which is why we utilize USPS International mail.
